Bug Description

First of all, I can't paste an URL into my HTTP address bar with Ctrl-V. This is very bad, is not it?
Then - Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V, Ctrl-Z and other simple Windows text editing hot keys just do not work in my web text I-O forms. They only work sometimes - but they have to work permanently, I think...
(Here goes the about:version info for my case
