Export/Import bookmarks to/from XBEL loses folders

Bug Description
Exporting my bookmarks to HTML in chromium and importing them into midori works fine. If I then export them to XBEL, delete them, and import from the XBEL file, all of the folders are lost and the bookmarks all appear together.
As a side note, is there any way to delete all of my bookmarks at this point without deleting each of them one at a time?
