Bug Description
The Bookmark sidebar is the only way of doing actions to Bookmarks, a good idea would be to also use Incontent bookmarks to show bookmarks in a wider area.

I guess there would need to be a API for this, seperate bug?
I can design the page using html and CSS if possible (it may need a API first).
No need for about:version
