Bug Description

When using GTK3 interface and midori is already open, passing a new link to midori via another application (IRC, Pidgin etc.) opens the crash report window and after choosing an option it creates a new window instead of opening a new tab in the existing. Furthermore, checking the "Don't show this dialog again" does not save and it still opens again next time.

I'd like to punt this as it uses a no longer supported build configuration and we're moving to GApplication with bug 1182593.
