Bug Description
To reproduce this:
- enable "Cookie Security Manager"
- load http://
- click "Deny this time"
- dupplicate (ctrl+l, ctrl+enter) tab (creates 2. tab)
- dupplicate 2. tab (creats 3. tab)
- switch to 2. tab and close 2. tab
-> segfault

I managed to reproduce without switching tabs at all, which makes it much more serious.
