Error in the configuration menu

Bug Description

When you open Transferences panel (I have it in Spanish, and it says "Transferencias"), and close it, the "dot" at the left of the text in the Config Menu stills on like if the panel was turned on.

To clarify, I believe this refers to the entry in the "Tools" (i.e. «Herramientas») menu. Given that I can confirm. This is somewhat related to <https://bugs.launchpad.net/midori/+bug/1159613>.
