Bug Description
There are two string issues in Cookie permission manager.
1) Untranslatable string
Confirm storing cookie dialog > _Details
2) 'midori' not camelcased
I was pointed out that the 'Midori' isn't camelcased (only?) in the following string.

msgid "If true this extension ask for policy for every unknown domain.If false this extension uses the global cookie policy set in midori settings."
