Clicking a link while Midori isn't running opens two tabs

Bug Description

If Midori isn't running, clicking a link from other app (or running 'midori http://example.com/', which is the same), opens a new Midori window with two tabs:

* New tab / Speed Dial
* http://example.com/

Instead of creating a second tab, the link should open in the first tab.

Doing the same while Midori is already running gives no problems.
