Bug Description

As of <http://git.xfce.org/apps/midori/commit/?id=cb9900d237be9ee9310c0b69e61606cce88d740c> the Ctrl-Shift-Home and C-S-End hotkeys no longer work to select to the beginning or end of a page/textarea as they used to. These text-selection hotkeys are a part of user expectations for GTK applications and shouldn't be blindly overridden by default application hotkeys.

I apologize for overlooking this. The original proposal in the IRC discussion wasn't aware of this and I'm unsetting the hotkey defaults here for now. We may revisit this if there's a good suggestion.
