No visual way to exit fullscreen

Bug Description

When you run Midori in fullscreen mode, there is no visual indicator on how to go back to normal mode.

Chrome (and I believe Firefox) has a notification slide down from the top of the display when entering fullscreen. It reminds the user how they can get out of fullscreen and provides a place the user can click to get out of fullscreen. A similar solution could be done here.

In full screen mode at least the escape key should be working for leaving it.

Midori now slides in the urlbar and presents an unfullscreen button when the mouse is swung to the top of the screen, unless a web app initiated fullscreen via Javascript in which case it's up to said app.
