Zooming doesn't work in WebM video

Bug Description
When you try to "zoom in" the video should resize (made bigger)
But that doesn't happen.
Instead, a short freeze is spotted. After that, the video continues. Without zooming, of course. So, at a zoom level of 100%. I hope you can fix this.
