Bug Description
Currently in the Sidepanel's title bar we're setting a border-with on the container. While this solves the problem (getting the correct padding in front of the label), it also has the side effect of making the titlebar taller than it needs to be and misaligns it with the toolbar.
Instead we should have a GtkAlignment to set only the horizontal padding and not the vertical.
