Bug Description
Whenever anything is entered in the search bar in google, the loading spinner hangs and the "stop" button doesn't respond. Also the title of the page isn't updated either.

I refactored the way progress is being tracked, to increase consistency between buttons, urlbar and tabs.
Specifically for this bug, we now consider that a website may be 100% loaded without officially saying that loading has finished - I don't know at this point why that can happen at all.
