remove "BookmarkBar" entry from AppMenu

Bug Description
We currently automatically show the BookmarkBar if it has something in it. And it's easy enough to figure out to hide it by right clicking on either toolbar. I've also filed a bug about automatically hiding it when it's empty: bug #1018224
With that, we can probably not have to show this entry in the AppMenu, since Midori is smart enough to hide and show this UI element depending on your usage and we offer a manual option for more advanced users.
