Bug Description

The "Open" entry should be removed from the Appmenu

User polling on Facebook and Google+ confirms feelings that it's a little-used entry.

In most cases, the URLbar is our "Open" command. In other special cases, a local file can always be opened from the File Manager (probably already in use during web dev) or another app (like SFTP).

Interesting note: Google Chrome and Chromium don't have an "Open" item in any menu, but they do respond to the Ctrl+O command. This could be to cater to the power users who are used to the open dialog while not bothering the majority of users who don't use it.

These polls are quite interesting! I can personally confirm I hardly use it. When I need local HTML files, I most likely use the file manager or something else launches it.
