Don't show "Inspect Page" in Appmenu

Bug Description

Inspect Page is a very contextual action, not an app-wide action. This entry should probably appear in the Context Menu instead of the App Menu.

Agreed; it doesn't make sense to inspect the page from the AppMenu.

I think the motivation was discoverability. Although I only ever right-click the specific item I'm interested in when I look back at my usage.
