Cannot get correct Midonet NeutronSecurityGroups and NeutronSecurityGroupRules

I cannot get correct value of Midonet NeutronSecurityGroup and NeutronSecurityGroupRule on the following operations.

1. When I executed GET /neutron/security_groups to MidonetAPI via midonetclient,
  I couldn't get correct value from "security_group_rules" on NeutronSecurityGroup.
  In "security_group_rules" paramater, newly created SecurityGroupRule information is missing and deleted is remaining.
2. When I executed GET /neutron/security_group_rules to MidonetAPI,
  I cannot get SecurityGroupRules that are created at the same time as SecurityGroup created(these rule are default rule).
  Only newly created SecurityGroupRules can be listed.
