Redo dialogs that are too big to fit on the screen (i.e. network setting...)

Bug Description

We need to go thru all dialogs and make sure they fit on the screen. For instance the network setting dialog is definitely too big and we have to redo it.

The other problem with the browser's dialog is that if I bring up the keyboard while a browser dialog is showing, it loses the bottom 1/4 of the screen to the keyboard app. If you have an edit field at the bottom of the screen, you will not be able to see it while the keyboard app is active. With other application like gcalc, the dialog shrink but the dialog itself make sure the current active element is shown on the screen. But with midbrowser's dialog, it doesn't move the current active element to the top so that it is visible.

imo most settings dialogs should not be available. For instance, the network proxy settings should be used from gconf, which is tracked in bug 139942.

What other network settings are needed before we can drop this dialog completely?

We can drop the network dialog if we can enable gconf. What is the current time frame on gconf?

what about the other tabs? What should midbrowser provide and what should be done through hildon desktop tools?

Here's my proposal:

One thing I will do is to either disable the "Help" button or remove it from all the tab under "Preferences" dialog. In addition to help, I want to do the following:-

   Preferences
Main - Bob and I talked about redo the Download so that all
files will be downloaded to a specific location and
not allow the user to change it. I believe this is the
approach iphone and other mobile browser took.

Tabs - Remove the option "New pages should be opened in:".
Always open external link in new tab.

     Content - Stays the same.

     Feeds - Stays the same.

     Privacy - Stays the same.

     Security - Stays the same.

     Advanced:
          General - Stays the same.
Network - Replace by gconf. If gconf not available, resize
the dialog to fit the screen. The Cache option
can be move into General tab.
Update - Stays the same for now. Don't really know how
update is going to be handled in Midbrowser.
          Encryption - Stays put.

Asac, can any of these property pages handle thru gconf? Will gconf availabe for the mobile release by default? The current image-creator does not pull in gconf by default.
