microstack install fails

I am trying for Openstack installation, however Microstack installation on Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS fails as below.

test@openstack:~$ sudo snap install microstack --devmode --beta
[sudo] password for test:
error: cannot perform the following tasks:
- Mount snap "microstack" (242) (installation not allowed by "kernel-module-control" plug rule of interface "kernel-module-control")

Please let me know when is this going to be fixed? I am blocked.
