Spice send Ctrl-Alt-Delete button does not work

Hi all,

Tested on 2 different microstack servers, the SPICE send CTRL-Alt-Delete button does not work, and so I can't login to windows servers through the instance console.

The browser console gives this error :
Uncaught ReferenceError: sendCtrlAltDel is not defined
    at HTMLButtonElement.onclick (http://192.168.137.128:6082/spice_auto.html?token=4fa8189c-8dd7-48ff-bce5-0468aef94357&title=windows+2019(/project/instances/9831aedf-7e04-4379-b8d7-f9fe2d16d871/9831aedf-7e04-4379-b8d7-f9fe2d16d871):202:75)

This is on microstack ussuri in --devmod --beta install.

Ctrl-Alt-Del works for me using: ussuri(245) when using a Linux based image. Have not tried a Windows based VM to see if the key combo works properly with that, but on linux, it definitely initiates a reboot
