Bug Description
MicroStack latest/candidate stein 2019-10-23 (171) release
MicroStack installed on an Ubuntu 18.04 Server running behind a proxy, without any direct Internet connection.
Snapd proxy settings properly configured.
When initializing MicroStack, the init process stops with an error being unable to download the CirrOS image.
Looks like MicroStack doesn't properly digest the Snapd proxy settings.

One note here is that I'm not 100% certain that it's appropriate for all MicroStack services to use the same proxy as that set for snapd.
It should be possible to set a proxy in a sane way, however, and this bug will be complete when MicorStack either uses the snapd proxy settings for doing things like downloading the cirros image, or provides a different way to set the proxy.
