Ask questions up front (was: missing questions during microstack.init)

During init there are several questions asked but question is not shown.
Also, it would be better to ask questions at the beginning and then run the configuration without any prompts

Thank you for the bug report!

The issue of missing questions should be fixed in the version of the snap on the edge channel.

I agree on asking the questions up front. We have a Trello task for it; I’ll publicly track the fix under this bug.
