Bug Description
I'm uncertain if this is supposed to work but when I attempted to re-initialise it did indeed work although I got some rough output complaining about an already-existing database.

This is a known issue, in that init has a lot of TODOs marking where things might be rough if it re-runs :-)
Cleaning this up should be part of the roadmap for next cycle.
