erroneous URL to horizon displayed after launch

Bug Description

After having issued the first few auto-commands

$ sudo microstack.init --auto
$ microstack.launch test

i get a bad URL to the dashboard in the output:

<< You can also visit the openstack dashboard at 'http:///' >>

I've thus far been unable to reproduce this issue. If you see it again, please include the output of the following command:

`sudo snap get microstack config.network.ext-gateway`
