Bug Description
Problem:
If an item is incorrectly loaded into a boxid/shiptracking and subsequently removed, the manifest persists to show the item.
It will also show darked items and should not.
Solution:
Be able to refresh the manifest based on metamanager data (latest, most accurate....but slow). The refresh also updates the manifest in the db (so that subsequent manifest requests process quickly)
Implementation ideas:
