Bug Description
I'm working toward doing automated release validation, and as part of this, I'm now installing the units tests for each component and adding standard entry points for running the unit tests my executing the foo.tests.run module like this:
python3 -m microfiber.
So this bug reworks microfiber into a Python package (rather than a single Python module), installs the tests, and adds the run module.
