"install MadAnalysis5" interrupted with error

I cannot install MadAnalysis. There is always an error.
MA5-ERROR: impossible to compile the project. For more details, see the log file:

Hi,

Those install command are provide, with best effort but obviously it is impossible to do a better job than the original author. So if something goes wrong our typical suggestion is to
to do installation manually such that you can edit the makefile/... to adapt the installation procedure to our machine/os/... as needed.
Also this will simplify the interaction with the authors of those external package since they prefer when installation is done by hand/the reporter (because then the user knows the options they setup in the configure step for example)

Now I'm still interesting to see the file:
/home/tao/MG5_aMC_v3.5.5/MG5_aMC_v3_5_5/HEPTools/madanalysis5/madanalysis5/tools/SampleAnalyzer/Interfaces/compilation_root.log
to see what the error is and see if I can improve the installation procedure.
What is your OS, version of root, version of GCC, ...
