Bug Description

Hello,

When launching a process using maddm after importing a model, defining dark matter, generating relic density, adding indirect detection, etc...

I get the following error in many different models (up to the name of the module, but same structure).

Command "launch PROC_Y" interrupted with error:
ImportError : No module named P10_NN1NN1_vmvm2py

The error occurs in both madgraph 3.3.1 and madgraph 2.9.19.

Thank you for your help

Why version of python are you using? Python3.12 is not supported for such kind of feature and will require at least numpy2.0 (which might not be released yet) to have such feature working back.

To know more about the crash you can go to the directory
/home/aias/MG5_aMC_v3_3_1/PROC_Y/Indirect_tree_cont/rw_me/SubProcesses/P10_NN1NN1_vmvm2py
and do
make matrix2py.so

This should crash but will give more insight on the issue (either python3.12 issue or something else).
If it works then the issue is likely that your f2py executable is not the one related to your version of pyhton.

Cheers,

Olivier
