I open the bug so that we do not forget about this issue.
I am working on re-factoring cuts.f in a cleaner way in the 3.0.1-alpha0 branch
We should also have some automatic settings of the run_card in this case (likely gamma_is_j=False and no lepton/quark - photon recombination if the process is purely QCD)
