Bug Description

Hi, I got an error while doing something that is probably inappropriate anyway: I set the number of unweighted events to 0 during gridpack creation. (I am doing this because I want to time the gridpack creation when requesting very high precision - i.e. generating many events - but I am only interested in the cross section calculation, I do not need any events in the LHE file... I will probably try with only one event). Anyway, on version 2.9.2 with python 3.8, I got

Command "generate_events run_01" interrupted with error:
KeyError : 'init'

I am attaching the file to this bug report.

Hi,

The timing of the gridpack is completely independent of that parameter but indeed it seems that we have not protected against the user requesting 0 events.
But you can really keep the default it will not impact the computation since you will not go trough event generation anyway.

Cheers,

Olivier
