I get this error while generating event at NLO order:

Command "generate p p > mu+ mu- [noborn=NP]" interrupted with error:
KeyError : 'PRIVATE`GetIntOrder[SUNF[Index[Gluon, Ext[1]], 4, 3]]'

Hi,

If you look at your UFO model (To be honest I did not check it), you will find the line:
PRIVATE`GetIntOrder[SUNF[Index[Gluon, Ext[1]], 4, 3]]

This line is not a valid UFO line. I have already such line generated by FeynRules when something wrong happens, but I can not help you further than that.

The statement that you use is either the LO contribution or a part of the NNLO contribution but NEVER a part of the NLO computation.

You need to send an email to the FeynRules authors.
They are no bug tracker/ issue tracker for FeynRules.
I will not put their email here (for obvious reason)
But you should be able to find those online.
