Those error are related to the Pythia side of the code and I cannot really comment on those. SubProcesses existing on your system.
(I do not know why PY8 ask MG5aMC to create the code in amcatnlorun/tmp and then move everything manually in amcatnlorun)
At the same time this error seems to trigger some issue with the "mv" command. and seems to indicate that you already have a amcatnlorun/
(Maybe because you have already run a LO generation inside the same example file.)
My suggestion would be
1) remove completly the amcatnlorun (either the full directory or only what is inside)
2) run only the NLO example (i.e. comment the LO one in the example mainXX.cc)
3) you can contact the PY8 author in order for them to fix this issue.

PS: After that error, it seems that you trigger a MG5aMC internal error related to the compilation of Stdhep, I hope/guess that this is a consequence of the above error.
