Higgs gluon fusion production with HC model in NLO crashed

Dear MadGraph experts,

I'm trying to generate p p > x0 / t a [QCD] with the Higgs Characerisation model with MadGraph version 5.2.3.3 and it crashed during event generation with the error message

 ERROR: INTEGRAL APPEARS TO BE ZERO.
 TRIED 100116 PS POINTS AND ONLY 0 GAVE A NON-ZERO INTEGRAND.

inside the subprocess PROCNLO_HC_NLO_X0_UFO-heft_0/SubProcesses/P0_gg_x0_no_ta/GF1/

Do you maybe have an idea what to do there?
I attached the log file.

Hi,

I tried to run again with another pdf:

 nn23nlo = pdlabel ! PDF set
 244600 = lhaid ! if pdlabel=lhapdf, this is the lhapdf number

instead of

'lhapdf' = pdlabel ! PDF set
 260000 = lhaid ! if pdlabel=lhapdf, this is the lhapdf number

and it worked.

The main difference in the code was in
PROCNLO_HC_NLO_X0_UFO-heft_0/SubProcesses/P0_gg_x0_no_ta/GF1/input_app.txt:

working pdf:
2 ! MINT imode: 0 to set-up grids, 1 to perform integral, 2 generate events

not working pdf:
0 ! MINT imode: 0 to set-up grids, 1 to perform integral, 2 generate events

Do you have an idea how to fix this?

That difference is 100% normal since it correspond to different stage of the computation. you crash at the first stage, while in working case you are moving forward and that file is modified accordingly.

If it work by using internal PDF then the problem should be related to your lhapdf installation.
I will let Marco look at this, but which version of lhapdf is it? is it install globally?
