Bug Description

Hello Madgraph experts,

I am new to Madgraph, and i want generate some SM processes in NLO accuracy, for example the process

"q qbar -> z z -> mu- mu+ mu- mu+", so i did the following:

$ import mode loop_sm
$ generate p p > z z [QCD]
$ output testprcocess
$ launch -m

and have edited the madspin card, so that the z boson decays only to mu- mu+ pairs, but i get this error "log file attached"

 Soft tests done for (Born) config 1
 Failures: 31
     Soft test 4 FAILED. Fraction of failures: 0.31

 No collinear test for massive j_fks
Error detected in "launch auto -m"
write debug file /home/user/NEW/MG5_aMC_v2_2_3/testprocess/run_01_tag_1_debug.log

Hi,
I cannot reproduce your bug with these commands..
Can you please upload the cards (run, param, proc and madspin) that you use for this process?
Cheers,

Marco

Hi,
sorry for the delay,
can you please also attach the proc_card_mg5 and check if the problem is still there in v 2.3.3?
Thanks,

Marco
