Bug Description
When using madspin in precompiled mode and reusing the madspin directory to decay a new lhe file, the random seed in the lhe header is overwritten with the one originally used to initialize madspin.
This has no effect on the physics, but can be confusing for reproducibility.
Minimal proposed fix (against 2.3.0) is attached.
