Bug Description
Hi Valentin,
If a parameter is zero/one in the restricted_card but the param_card used in the process has a value different of zero (respectively one) the code SHOULD crash.
One user told me today that it was not and he thought that his run went fine which is FALSE.
This is correctly crashing at LO!

The value is now systematically overwritten both at LO and NLO
