Bug Description
Currently a form has no way of figuring out if it has returned to the last state it was submitted in (or the state it began in, if there have been no submissions.) This means that things such as the modification indicator can only indicate if the form was changed at all since submission, even if the user restores the input to its last submitted (or original) state.
