Bug Description

Leads to a "Property 'StopWord.created' is not defined" error message. Found in www/framework/base/CComponent.php:174.

* Sign in as admin
* Go to tags
* Select a tag
* Click "Ban tag-name"
* Click "Ban tag"

Then the error shows up.

tested on local install (OS X + MAMP) and fix appears to work.
