Bug Description
On a fresh install, I passed the installation "requirements" page with several passes, a handful of warnings, and no outright errors.
After finishing the install and uploading images, I went to the ZenTag page and got this error:

image gd requires v2
---
I believe that image gd is an image library, so perhaps we need a newer version for certain operations (in which case we need to update our 'requirements' tests)

You're right! Added dependency into requirement checker. GD 2.0 is nothing fancy to expect. Think it shouldn't make too much of trouble to expect that.
