"Compose New Message" and "Contacts" are untranslated when Thunderbird is running

Hi, I have precise, if I start thunderbird, this items start to be in english. See screenshots.

sorry, about images, now it should be correct.

I use
LC_MESSAGES=sk_SK.UTF-8
LC_COLLATE=sk_SK.UTF-8
LANG=en_GB.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=sk:en

Thunderbird in Slovak language, also unity quicklist is translated, only when I start Thunderbird, Message Menu changes it to english.

LANG=en_GB.UTF-8 seems wrong, does it happen if you use a correct LANG value?

LANG is for locale, like time format, currency and so, I have changed it to Slovak (logout, log in, checked over printenv) and thunderbird behaved same.

I am in UK, but I use Slovak translations, because I am translator, but I use english locale

ok, dunno then, indicator-messages didn't change since oneiric and it works here with a french locale so I guess it's an issue somewhere in your locale or tb

The translation are stored in the .xpi, the archive one seems translated are you sure you didn't install a local version?

Yes, it is in XPI, sorry about this grep. Anyway, I really do not understand, why thunderbird overrides translation in message menu.
