Slack show teams when signed in

Hi

Thanks for putting this on launchpad. I have a feature request.

1. When you are signed in into slack it would be great if the homepage would show the teams you're logged into.

2. When you open slack but aren't signed into a team, it would be great if the homepage would let you login into a team.

To solve 1. and 2. I think https://slack.com/signin would be a great home page. This page displays which teams you're signed into and lets you sign into another team.

- A better page for already signed-in users is this one: https://slack.com/signin/find
but it doesn't give you the ability to sign into another team.

- Another option would be to show the menu as home page, but I'm not sure that's possible.
