Bug Description
I noticed in phone image Utopic 124 that tapping a URL from a SMS message doesn't do anything any more. If I recall correctly, it used to open a browser to the given URL, but now it just vibrates a little and does nothing else. The URL is highlighted and underlined, so it gets detected... but it doesn't seem to be tied to an action any more.
I'm not sure how long this has been the case, but I recall landing the tap-to-open-browser change a couple months ago.
