Please update the translations template file

In preparation for the MAE show, there is an ongoing effort to translate the UI into Simplified Chinese. For that, we'd need the translatable messages in Launchpad to be up-to-date for translators to be able to do their work.

To do this:

1. Please ensure that all visible user messages are marked for translation (i.e. enclosed in the i18n.tr() function)
2. Run the rule to update the po/$APP.pot file
3. Commit and push the .pot file

If the .pot file for a given app is already up-to-date (i.e. no new translatable messages added or changed since last update), please feel free to mark the associated bug task as invalid.
