Bug Description
If you have a contact with multiple phone numbers (i.e. mobile, work, other), when composing a text message the header should show the label so you know who you are sending to.
For example, it should show "Bill Filler - mobile" or "Bill Filler - home". This info is displayed in the main messages view but not on the message thread view. Only needs to show this if a contact has multiple phone numbers configured.

The branch assigned to this bug adds the label, but sometimes it overflows the visible area depending on the size of the contact name.
