[Messaging app] not displaying latest message sent or received

Bug Description
Current situation
It seems to display one message prior to the latest message sent or received in Messaging overview of all threads
E.g. I sent 2 messages one after another (Message A, Message B). Message B should be the latest one displayed but Message A is displayed as the preview text.
Desired solution
It should display the latest message sent or received
