Bug Description
The dialog box for the Meshing_surface plugin is too tall to fit on a 800px high screen (with OSX UI elements).
More generally the UI looks mismatched on OSX for the meshing, ID and rasterise plugins.

On a good note, the plugins function natively on OSX!
