Bug Description

Hi,

There are a few patches on patches.ubuntu.com currently
for packages that are no longer in either distro, I don't think
they are necessary.

One example is "circ-tex" which was removed in Hardy, and
is not in current testing (lenny), or unstable.

I'm not sure what to do for a package that gets removed from
one but not the other.

Thanks,

James
