Double menu entry created, different way

Bug Description
Fresh system,
Edit MenuLibre entries to change categories by moving some stuff around e.g. LibreOffice Math from development into Office (where there already is one), Master PDF editor from graphics to Office (where there already is one).
MenuLibre editor menu initially shows the duplicates and no obvious way to remove them as they seem to be mirrored so deleting one will probably delete the other.
Reboot.
Dropdown/interface menu still shows dupes. Editor menu doesn't. No obvious way to remove the dupes.
Any thoughts how best to fix this? My memory of deleting dupes before was that both entries are deleted.
