Bug Description

Because 'application-default-icon' isn't present, I get a white box with red cross etc when an icon can't be found, or when creating a new launcher.

Was discussed in 22.01.18 IRC PM, I have attached a patch here to change this to 'applications-other', which also appears to be a 'generic application icon', and is present in my icon themes - this is my suggestion at least.

I've also apparently caught another instance of a directory getting an application icon (see menulibre/MenuEditor.py:157).
