When search results are shown, saving modifications breaks the menu structure

To reproduce:
1) Open MenuLIbre
2) Search for an application, eg. "Terminal"
3) While search results are still visible, modify any launcher and save

Expected result:
Launcher/menu item is updated and menu layout is kept intact

Actual result:
Launcher/menu item is updated but menu layout breaks; separators are removed, ordering breaks...

Workaround:
1) Remove the search (menu structure visible) before saving the item
2) After saving the menu item while search results are visible, remove the search (menu structure visible) and save the item again (need to do some modifications to be able to)

Running Xubuntu 14.04 with MenuLibre 2.0.3-1.

Did not try to reproduce in 2.03 but did get the expected result in 2.04.
